Step 1: Check and clean the elevator room

  • You proceed to check the source voltage and the power supply switches to see if they are safe.
  • Check the control cabinet to see if the aptomat devices, relays, fans, .. are damaged or not.
  • Re-tighten the screws clamping the end of the wire to the terminals and electrical equipment.
  • Check the lifeguard to see if the charging mode is working properly.
  • Check the left brake pad of the engine for wear.
  • Check the oil level, oil quality in the reducer of the elevator is enough. If not enough, add more.
  • Check the tightness of the shafts and the condition of the steel cables and pulleys.
  • Check the speed limiter, mechanical lever and electrical switch for damage.
  • Check the humidity, temperature and ventilation level of the elevator room to see if it is standard.
  • Check the sockets, switches, lights of the elevator.
  • Check the door and lock the door for sure.
Step 2: Check the well and above the cabin

  • Check the connection between the switch and the rack, rail bracket.
  • Check the bolts at the rail joint for looseness and tighten them again.
  • Check the cab hanger head, counterweight cable tie end and cable lock nut for any problems.
  • Check the tension of the steel cable to see if it is even.
  • Check the connection between the floor stops and the fixings; Are the mounts and rails working correctly?
  • Check the amount of oil in the cabin box, rail box is enough. Pay attention to whether it is not covered with scale so that it can be replaced in time.
  • Inspect the cabin top slipper and counterweight for damage.
  • Check if the cabin anti-vibration rubber cushions are damaged, then replace them immediately to ensure the safety of users.
  • Check that the upper travel limit switches of the elevator are in good working order.
  • Check that the ventilation fan placed on the roof of the cabin, the lights along the well are still working, if not, they must be replaced immediately.
  • Check the counterweight cable car, lock the floor door on each floor to see if it works well.
  • Check the clearance of the floor and the verticality of the landing doors, the electrical connections of the landing doors and the electrical cables along the well are neat.

Step 3: Check the bottom of the well and below the cabin

  • Take a look at the lower travel limit switches.
  • Check the connection between the switch and the bracket, between the bracket and the rail.
  • Check if the left brake pads, right brake pads under the cabin are not worn, are in good working order.
  • Check and adjust the clearance of brake pads when not working.
  • Check the bottom slide of the cabin, counterweight to see if it works well.
  • Check the hanger and flat cable fixation.
  • Check carefully if the damper switch is loose, then tighten it again.
  • Check the switch and the work clamp for overload and re-tighten the screws.
  • Check the travel limit switch and cable tensioner, retighten the screws so that they are tight.
  • Check the switches, sockets and lights at the bottom of the well.
  • Carry out cleaning of the excess oil container under the well and clean the bottom of the well so that it is clean and dry.

Step 4: Maintenance inside the cabin

  • Check lights, interphone, emergency bell are working properly.
  • Check if the control panel inside the cabin is working properly.
  • Check the guide groove and the safety sensor of the cabin door.
Step 5: Maintenance and maintenance outside the door

  • Check the control panel on each floor to see if it is working properly.
  • Check the guide rails on each floor.
  • Check the floor door lock and floor door clearance.
